Escrow V2 is not configured on this network yet, so this creates a legacy escrow: the fee is added on top, deadlines are not enforced and a dispute cannot be resolved on chain.

I checked the KOL address, amounts and deadlines. They cannot be changed after the escrow is created. The contracts have not had an external audit yet.
